The Company a Brain Child of Mr. Surinder
Mahendru was established in 1978 with manufacturing facilities
for hand tools. With the advent of Hero Honda Motors Limited,
the company diversified into making two wheeler components.
With the passage of time, the company started supplying "Forged
& Machine Components" to other two wheeler giants
like: HSMI, Royal Enfield, Yamaha Motor. A proactive management
approach ensured high level of customer satisfaction.
In the Year 1998, the company was accredited
with ISO certificate which was Certified by TUV, it was later
upgraded to ISO/TS 16949:2002 dated 07 march 2006. In April,
the unit was declared an eco-friendly unit by DNV through
the implementation of ISO-14001:2004. We are the first engineering
company in Punjab to get accredited with “OHSAS-18001
: 2007 by DNV”.

The Director Mr. Surinder Mahendru has been
awarded "Udyog Patra" in recognition of his achievement
as a "Self Made Industrialist". He is a member of
Governing Council of various Government Institutes, apart
from being the President of Punjab Forging Industries Association
Mr.Shivam Mahendru C.O.O of the Nicks Group
of Industries. After completing his study from IILM Delhi
Bradfic University UK, has join his father to furthering hathes
and strengthening in the group. He is foxing on quality and
productivity emprovment at each stage
Over the years, Nicks has registered consistent
growth in terms of client-base, operation-base, funds-base,
shop-area, and manpower.
